Patrick Murphy

Patrick Murphy has worked on-air in St. Louis radio and television for 31 years. As an independent producer he has created commercials, corporate videos and broadcast documentaries. For the past seven years he has been the vice president of production for KETC, where he has won three Emmys for his work. He’s been the “voice” of Channel Nine since 1981, and you can see him Monday and Tuesday evenings at 7 p.m. on Living St. Louis. For the past 16 years he has taught communications as an adjunct professor at Webster University. For the past 10 years he has hosted the St. Louis Speakers Series at Powell Hall. Murphy lives with his wife Anne in the Central West End.
