2004 Presenters

December 2004 - Attorney-turned-PM drive Talk Show host Dave Glover left us laughing and seeing why his show has gained such high ratings in the St. Louis. Following Your Dream.

November 2004 - A trio of CEO Panelists whose industries by nature never need to "pitch" the press, talked about how they see the roles of their PR people and how to get in front of yours. Mark Eustis, John Oldani and Chris Strobbe and moderator Jerry Bryan provided some tips.

October 2004 - Laura Ries gave tons of examples of how PR folks can sell their worth to bosses, clients and prospects who may think advertising sells. Her samples show which is needed, first.

September 2004 - Marc Little, who faced prejudice and skepticism when he launched his own PR career, shared National's Diversity initiative and challenged members and non-members.

August 2004 - A Feature Editors Panel of Amy Fenster, Elaine Grant, Joe Holleman and Chris Mihill took us into the world of feature and how to reach St. Louis editors, producers and reporters.

July 2004 - Sam Foxman of Contemporary Productions guided us through the world of the young tastemakers and how our next message for a client may be sent to these people as a text message.

June 2004 - Alan Dooley of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers provided his own pictures and perspectives of the places, people and the industries that have made/will make the Iraq of the future.

May 2004 - Aaron Cushman a PR industry icon shared moments of his 50 years in the business, the changes, the images others have and things that still work - after all these years.

April 2004 - Dr. Paul Lee, a communications professor at Maryville University, shared the "Good, the Bad and the Ugly" of political polling and its ramifications for PR clients.

March 2004 - Betul Ozmat, Director of Gateway to Giving, a recently formed outreach of the Metropolitan Association of Philanthropy, wants to change a familiar party St. Louis ice-breaker.

February 2004 - Pete Snyder, Snyder-Workman Communications, gave the do's and don'ts of Global Public Relations efforts and mistakes American PR firms all too often make in such ventures.

January 2004 - An incident at Sherwood Forest Camp was the focal point of a panel discussion involving Steve Schwartz (attorney), Jamie Allman (reporter) and Denise Heintz (PR counselor).
