The agency is currently seeking an intern candidate in our St. Louis office.

Job Description:

OHC is offering a paid internship opportunity to recent college graduates. Interns will work directly with OHC staff on a wide range of communication functions gaining valuable, real-world experience, including supporting marketing communications programs for national brands.

Candidates should possess strong written communication skills, able to handle multiple assignments and be well organized. A background in journalism, communications or marketing is strongly preferred but not required. Responsibilities could include:

* Drafting/editing media materials
* Coordinating and staffing events
* Compiling research backgrounders
* Editing press releases
* Pitching media
* Media monitoring
* Building media lists using Cision database
* Participating in creative brainstorms
* Social Media outreach and research
* Providing general office assistance
