Looking for a job? Check out the PRSA-St. Louis Job Bank for the latest local needs. Four new ads were posted Monday. Also, post your resume (anonymously), and access nearly 2,000 active jobs through PRSA National's Job Center. Create a Job Alert too. The PRSA's redesigned Job Center includes salary information, over 120 PR career related articles, and a special career pack for those new to the field. If you are looking to acquire the best talent for your company? May is the time. Through May 31 – Chapter Members will save $100 when posting jobs to the PRSA Jobcenter. For only $250, PR agencies, corporations, or recruiter agencies can place an ad of any length for jobs in PR, Corporate communications, Marketing communications, or Media relations. There's no code to enter, as this discount is built into our system. Ads in the St. Louis Job Bank, which run for 30 days, are $75. Also, don't forget Volunteer Opportunities within our community as well.

4) Pyramid Building – at SIUC

In 1980, Pyramid Public Relations opened its doors as a component of the Raymond D. Wiley chapter (Southern Illinois University-Carbondale) of PRSSA. In 1987 and again in 1989, Pyramid was honored as the outstanding student-run agency in the country by PRSSA. In 2004, chapter leaders developed the firm as a separate entity. Since then, the firm has had an average of 15 to 20 employees every semester, serving an average of three to five clients in the southern Illinois community. Pyramid is seeking certification from PRSA through PRSA-St. Louis as a “Nationally Affiliated PRSSA student-run firm.” There are only 11 others in the country with this affiliation.
