1)  Seasoned Pros Look at the Sole Practitioner

NO FEAR - Nine hardy souls braved the fates on Friday, April 13, and attended the St.  Louis PRSA chapter's first Seasoned Professionals gathering of the year, an early-afternoon independent practitioners luncheon at the Schlafly Bottleworks in Maplewood.  Left to right (back): Craig Workman, Stephen Robin, Julie Gustafson, Pat Feeney, Jim Heine. Front: Carolyn Green, Joan Hicks, Melissa Moulton.  Not pictured: Leslie Eicher.  Information about future Seasoned Professionals and/or Independent Practitioner activities will be available shortly.  For more information, check this Web site or contact Seasoned Professionals chair Jim Heine at seasonedprofessionals@prsastlouis.org.

2) Young Pros Looking Ahead

PRSA St. Louis’ Young Professionals is an outlet for St. Louis’ young public relations professionals to network, mingle and learn "tricks of the trades" from each other.  The Young Professionals group is targeted to PR-related professionals in their 20s and 30’s that have less than five years of experience.  Of course, all and any interested PR-related professionals are welcome, including both PRSA St. Louis members and non-members.  Upcoming events will be announced soon!  For more information about the Young Professionals group please feel free to contact Stephanie Flynn at youngpros@prsastlouis.org or 314-725-6400.

3) Thinking About Accreditation?

Thinking about accreditation?  Contact Michelle Yates, APR at 314.231.5700 (michelle.yates@thelawrencegroup.com) or attend a free, informational session before the June luncheon starting at 11:00 a.m.  Ask questions and learn about the process for getting your APR.  More than 30 of our nearly 300 St. Louis Chapter members have theirs.
