The March 16 luncheon, to be sponsored by Burrelle's/Luce, is just around the corner. "If I had only known then what I Know Now" will focus on wisdom gained, lessons learned and some laughs (not funny at the time) from four "seasoned" PR pros. Dixie Platt, Judy Taylor, Donna Vandiver, and Glynn Young, APR.  Combined they have three quarters of a century membership in PRSA alone.  See Senior moments worth sharing for menu, background and registration.  At the Junior League.

Also mark your calendar for a presentation by Missy Slay, April 20.

If you missed the Feb. 25 presentation by Jeff Rainford during the luncheon segment of the annual Pro-Am Day at Saint Louis University, you can find review at "Rainford: Notes" More 225 people attended the luncheon -  85 PRSA members and friends and the rest college juniors and seniors planning to enter PR as a career.

Next year's Pro-Am Day will be Friday, Feb. 24.

2) Save $65 on PRSA Membership During "Get a Taste of PRSA" Campaign

You have only until the end of March, to take advantage of the best enrollment times of the year for PRSA. Accreditation Classes Set May 25 - July 5

Contemplating getting your Accreditation in Public Relations (APR) sometime in 2005? The Accreditation committee has set up a series of 90-minute classes, mostly Tuesdays and Wednesdays at the St. Louis County Library on Lindbergh across from Plaza Frontenac. Seven different chapter members - all APRs - will help you prepare for the exam.  Sessions are at no cost to PRSA members and you do not have to attend all.  Each is a separate segment although the May 25 meeting will introduce you to the program.  For a complete schedule and list of presenters see Accreditation Syllabus 2005.  Contact: Karen Thomson at kthomson@youthinneed.org or call at 636-946-0101.
