United Way PR Workshop June 3 The United Way of Greater St. Louis will host its annual public relations and communications workshop “Communications Matters: Getting to Know the Local Landscape," Thursday, June 3, at the Missouri Botanical Garden. The all-day workshop, primarily geared toward the non-profit sector, will feature panel discussions and seminars involving local media personalities and communications professionals. Cost (including lunch): $65 for individuals from United Way member agencies; $70 for attendees from nonmember organizations.
Pro-Bono Help Sought Ever see double? How about triple? A PRSA-Los Angeles Member is working on a pro-bono event in St. Louis in July and is looking for PR helpers. The event is the world's largest national convention for families with triplets, quads and more. They are expecting 200-plus sets of higher order multiples.
